If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, PrintCompCards.com will only reimburse the entire full amount of the order but NOT the cost of shipping. Please include a copy of the receipt for the return shipping costs with the shipment. Please include your order number, name, address and daytime phone number.

Restrictions

  • Returns are only accepted if a product has been damaged or defective during shipment.
  • A customer must contact PrintCompCards.com by phone within 7 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a full refund.
  • PrintCompCards.com will refund the full amount of the product (less restocking fees) but NOT the cost of shipping.

PrintCompCards.com CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been approved and placed in our system. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order. We fulfill printing orders automatically from our website, therefore, no one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. PrintCompCards.com will not be responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order.

Supplied Incorrect Address

When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting the proper shipping address, PrintCompCards.com will reship the package with corrected address and charge an additional shipping fee for the shipment.
