Where do I upload my images?

You can immediately upload your images here or upload your images once you have paid for your comp cards which will redirect you to an image upload page.

Will I see a proof once I upload my images?

Digital proofs are sent out within 24 hours and is sent to the email address provided with your order. If the order is a rush, we will try and provide a proof to you within 1 to 3 hours but it is not a guaranteed. To ensure that a rush order has been receive, we encourage that you call us at (773) 977-7844.

What type of image files do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG and TIFF as well as ZIP files. For faster upload and for better organization, you should zip all of your images and upload them once.

How can I cancel my order?

A request to cancel should be done by phone to prevent the job from moving forward in the production process. Cancelled orders require compensation for incurred costs and related obligations at the time of cancellation. Due to our company procedures, you may only cancel an order without incurring additional fees prior to preflighting of the artwork. All cancellations requests are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of 15%. No refunds will be given for orders cancelled after your job has been approved and sent to the printer. What shipping options do you offer?

Our primary method of shipping is via UPS. We offer ground, 2nd day and next day shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

We will email your tracking number to you once your comp cards is ready for shipping.

Do you archive my pictures?

Although we cannot guarantee your files will be archived for more than 30 days, we do make an attempt to store all client files on our servers. However, at our discretion, we will remove any files from our servers at any time to make space. It is recommended that you maintain a copy of all our files regardless.

What if I found a mistake in the artwork?

As a customer, you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you have entered into our website. You are encouraged to carefully double-check the information (name, email, phone, measurements, etc...) before submitting them to us.

Turnaround information

Your turnaround time begins once your comp card design have been approved by you through email or a phone call. If your job is approved by 4 P.M. Central Time, turnaround time begins the same business day. For more information regarding our turnaround time, click here.

Does my turnaround include shipping?

No it does not. Turnaround time represents the business days required to print the approved comp cards. Shipping is based off the method selected at the time the order was placed.
